How do I check in every week?
Every week we will send you an email on the day that you sighed up for your nutrition plan with a link to a questionnaire. After you fill it in and submit it we will send you your adjusted diet within a day or two. It is therefore important to make sure that our emails don't go to your "Promotions" or "Spam" folder, but instead go directly to your main inbox. Otherwise you may miss your weekly check-ins and the program will not have the desired outcome.
Am I locked into a contract if I take any of the monthly packages?
No, You do this on a month to month basis, but we do recommend that you stick to the program for at least 3 months.
This will help you get into the habit of tracking your macros and counting your calories, plus you'll get to see how your program gets adjusted as you make progress.
The only caveat is that you should give us at least 30 days notice if you want to quit the program. You can send an email to support@mybetterbalance.com letting us know that you wish to quit the program and we'll get right on it.
Do you have an app?
Yes we do, but only for Tailored Nutrition Coaching Clients. Since it is a highly customised and personal service we can only accommodate a limited number of clients. For this reason you also will not find our app on the Play or App store at this time.

That's why every client's nutrition program is tailored specifically to their unique needs, body composition, nutrient requirements, and lifestyle.
We don't recycle the same diet over and over and claim it's unique. That's disingenuous, lazy, and potentially dangerous to a client's health.
